I trained at a Teachers' Training College at Saltly in Birmingham. The College had a crest with Latin underneath. I am told it stated in English "There is no life without SALT" The Roman Soldiers used to be paid in salt - where we get the word "Salary". We had our honeymoon on the Isle of Skye 58 years ago and we always enjoy the Misty Isle. Isle of Skye Salt is so tasty when used in cooking. I like the new containers rather than the cardboard ones - first class for a first class product.
