Meet the team
Born and raised in France, in love with Scotland and gastronomy, I'm the team's conductor. My missions are varied: research and development, project management, marketing, contact with customers and organising the life of the company. I do my utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly by taking care of every detail. To sum up, planning our great adventure perfectly is my main goal.
I am not the sunshine that so kindly evaporates the seawater for us, but Sunshine, the (mostly) human Production Manager! After harvesting, I oversee the milling of the sea salt into plate-perfect crystals and carefully sort them so the best crystals get to you. My greatest joy is knowing I am helping to brighten up someone’s plate with a little piece of Skye.
The other French half of the team, born and raised in Brittany, a region with its fair share of common celtic roots. The tradition of salt marshes and sea salt flakes harvesting in my home region has inspired me to jump on this wonderful adventure. When I don’t watch over the ponds, I’m the graphic designer of the team, doing my best to translate Skye’s imagery into our iconic brand.
