Postage & Packing

For delivery of goods to UK

We have looked into how we can minimise and simplify postage and packing costs and have established that Royal Mail is the best and most reliable service for small packages. To post a package from Skye to the rest of the UK, Royal Mail applies a charge based on weight and size.

0 - 2 kg £3.75GBP

2 - 10 kg £7.5GBP

10 - 20 kg £10GBP

For EU and International orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked for reliability and security. Prices are based on weight as follow :

0.75 - 2 kg	£11.00 GBP
2 - 5 kg	£18.50 GBP
5 - 10 kg	£25.00 GBP
10 - 12.5 kg	£30.00 GBP
12.5 - 15 kg	£40.00 GBP
15 - 20 kg	£48.50 GBP

International  

0 - 0.5 kg	£7.50 GBP
0.5 - 1 kg	£12.50 GBP
1  - 2 kg	£15.00 GBP
2 - 4 kg	£35.00 GBP

We will endeavour to dispatch goods on receipt of order, subject to availability, and usually within 10 working days. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason or if the order may be delayed, we will notify you and inform you of when the order can be processed.

We will make every effort to deliver your goods as soon as possible, but cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If your goods have not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible either by email or telephone to notify us. You may then cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will aim to deliver your order to the delivery address supplied.
