Ce sel marin est récolté sur la côte nord de l’île de Skye, en utilisant uniquement la mer, le soleil et le vent. Nous avons fumé notre sel de mer emblématique de l'île de Skye pour vous offrir le meilleur du patrimoine culinaire écossais. Nous utilisons un procédé de fumée à froid pour conserver le goût riche en minéraux et le rehausser d'un arôme délicatement sucré et boisé. Il accompagnera parfaitement tout type de grillades, des viandes aux légumes. Emballé dans une boîte en aluminium recyclable, il sera parfait sur votre comptoir de cuisine.

Bought this while on holiday in Isle of Skye. Smokey rich flavour. Love it sprinkled on tomatoes and use it in all my cooking. Bought extras to give as Christmas stocking fillers. Food isn’t the same without it. Delicious.

Excellent service. We purchased our first tin of sea salt and seaweed from Amys Place in Torrin back in March. Love it so much we decided to buy the smoked sea salt. Oh my goodness the taste and aroma is gorgeous. Wont belong before we are buying more. Makes a huge difference in all the meals we have used it in so far. Thank you
