First harvest of the season
Today was the first harvest of the season. We are delighted that all three tunnels produced such a bumper harvest. Great quality salt ready to be dried and sorted.
New underwater hose fitted
Today was a good day. We installed a new hose so we can fill the evaporation ponds. Many thanks to Gill and Ian whose underwater diving skills were invaluable!
